The city of Neuburg is situated 120 km from Paris and 90 km from Deauville.
She is very active commercial center of the Plateau of Neuburg (34 municipalities), bordered to the east by a large forest and the valley of the Iton.
.
. The Neuburg was probably created at this time to 900 - 1000 and it may be called Nyja Borg before the Latin language does not give the name of Novus Burgus.
They speak a dialect which is Norse Norse, Icelandic and whose language is closer most.
Many villages today have names from the Norse: Criquetot Kirkjutoftir and just means "house of the church," just EPEGARD Eplagardur which means "apple orchard", and Hondouville means "field Hundolfr.
The southern plateau has remained with its original population, a mixture of Celtic and francs, and was only cleared one or two centuries later into the year one thousand.
